Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
All products supplied by Supercartridge are backed by a full manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty is one year unless otherwise stated
As a supplier of quality products, Supercartridge can only credit or replace product returned as faulty upon confirmation of a fault and respective credit or replacement of that product by the manufacturer.
Supercartridge cannot process credits for faulty goods in good faith. We have provided customers in the past in good faith with replacement cartridges. Unfortunately some customers have chosen to not return their faulty cartridge to Supercartridge (meaning we cannot receive a credit for the faulty cartridge ourselves) or when the cartridge has been returned it has been found to be not faulty and in two cases simply empty. When contacted these customers would not pay for the new cartridge when we had sent it in good faith.
The quickest way to receive a replacement cartridge and / or credit is to contact Supercartridge for a return authorisation form. If you need the cartridge urgently, order one from our website. When the returns process has been completed on your faulty printer cartridge, and it is found to be faulty Supercartridge will immediately refund your initial purchase.
Please note that the policies of many manufacturers covering warranty of goods may result in a delay of processing of credits and replacements. To enable credit or replacement of product for faulty printer consumables, the following is required:
- A print sample.
- A copy count for all Laser consumables. Many of the newer laser or fax machines will generate a status report showing the copy count used for that particular cartridge. Laser cartridges returned without a print sample cannot and will not be investigated.
- Ink cartridges must be above the minimum weight stipulated by the OEM as being applicable for return. A list of these minimum weights is available on request.
- Any goods returned to Supercartridge must be sent on a freight paid basis and accompanied by a return authority number issued by Supercartridge Goods not sent on a prepaid basis will be rejected and goods returned without a return authorisation number may experience delays.
- There are many occasions where both toners and ink cartridges are found not to be faulty. Either ink cartridge nozzles are blocked or they can be easily cleared by the user. On these occasions, if the product is found not to be faulty, the product will be returned to the user with a print sample and no credit will be issued. The same applies to laser toner cartridges albeit that the rectification of the problem is normally of a more technical nature.
If you need to make a claim please email Supercartridge at returns@Supercartridge.com.au and we will send the R.A forms and details for you warranty claim.
THE COST OF RETURN OF ANY PRODUCTS FOR WARRANTY OR ANY OTHER PURPOSE IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER. WARRANTY CLAIM PRODUCTS WILL NEED TO BE RETURNED FOR VERIFICATION BY THE MANUFACTURER.
No Fault Returns.
Please note that all goods returned at no fault of Supercartridge (excluding faulty products), will incur a 20% restocking fee plus an admin fee of $5.00 per item. Goods will only be accepted with a Supercartridge R.A number. Whilst Supercartridge will always make every effort to take back any unopened product, Supercartridge reserves the right to reject ‘no fault’ returns. 'No fault' returns will only be accepted within three months of the original purchase date. Examples of returns that would be rejected are obscure cartridges, out of date product and goods not sold by Supercartridge originally.
